For extraction problems, unexpected results or beta feedback, use the Feedback option inside the CAMS workspace. Including the relevant Run ID helps us investigate processing and delivery issues without asking you to share passwords or API credentials.
Account or beta-access questions
For account access, beta approval or general enquiries, use the Staterra contact channel and identify your request as relating to the CAMS Air Quality Platform.
Scientific questions
CAMS EAC4 is modelled regional atmospheric background data. Questions about whether the dataset is suitable for a regulatory study should include the study purpose, jurisdiction and required averaging period so the scientific context can be reviewed appropriately.
Security
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment-card data or other secrets through contact or feedback channels. Account verification and password-reset codes are delivered only through the platform's authenticated email workflow.
